WENP and Avon Wildlife Trust have been awarded the Dame Mary Smieton 2016 Research Award for our ecosystem service mapping work that was launched earlier this year, including the mapping work that was done as part of Avon Wildlife Trust’s My Wild City project. The feedback stated:
“The Wildlife Trust’s Strategic Development and Research Committee, who made the decision, felt that your research into ecological network and ecosystem mapping in Bristol and across the West of England was very high quality and of potentially great significance to the movement”
